I’ve talked in the past about how I’ve been a subscriber since KOCOWA launched four years ago. When I was a child, my parents watched Korean dramas on fuzzy VHS tapes that they rented from Korean grocery stores for a dollar or two. (I’m sure they were bootlegged copies!) I had little interest in watching those with them, because the quality was so poor.
